Welcome to Realty USA's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. All information provided by you must be accurate and up to date.

3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Your use of our services is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

5. You shall not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. We reserve the right to modify or terminate our services at any time.

7. You may cancel service at anytime, there are NO contracts.
8. All sales are final, and you agree to our no refund policy. Once we setup your account your account is finalized and we do not offer refunds on services rendered. 
9. Cancelations, please note: You must write us at [email protected] to cancel or call us directly at (912) 456-8906
10. Cancelations must be made before November 30th, to avoid the yearly fee of $97. If you cancel after that date, you will be charged the $97 yearly fee.
11. Please note, services rendered do NOT gaurantee future clients or sales. Like any service, results may vary.
